My kids get enchiladas for lunch at least once per week, so it doesn't last too long in my house. I keep it open for a week in the refrigerator without any issues. You can also freeze it if you put it in a freezer - It should be able to be transported safely.
The color red.

It's time for a review since I've purchased and consumed this sauce three times. So I wanted to try something different than eating the Hatch brand can of enchilada sauce which I usually make myself or buy from the store. The sauce I'm eating right now is great. There's nothing to worry about here, but it's still got a bit of kick to it. In one jar, there is just enough sauce for two or three enchiladas in a baking dish. This is an item I will absolutely purchase.
You can enjoy a gluten and soy free diet! I've been a celiac for quite some time. I recommend this stuff. Do you know whether it's 100 percent There is no over the counter way to treat allergies. To have this as the only option for those with allergies is amazing.
While the sauce has terrific flavor, it is a little too thin in consistency for a jarred enchilada sauce. After about 10 to 12 minutes, I remove it from the heat To thicken it, cook it in a saucepan for 15 minutes before using. It's mild so it's not as hot as those who love heat. I add some hotter chile powder anyway to the mixture. Making enchilada sauce at home is often an option for me. Using this saves you a lot of time.
Enchiladas could be easily made by the whole family using this method. For the kids, I need something not too spicy, and for the adults, something that won't give them heartburn. As opposed to many other brands, this sauce is flavorful and does not have a canned taste. If you want more spice, you can add a little hot sauce to it if you like. A 7 year old can even eat it.
What's the mildest way to put it? There was nothing special about the taste or the spice. I had to eat less than half of dinner because it was unpalatable for my daughter. The sauce in this dish did not appeal to me, but I like spicy Korean food. One positive from the experience for my daughter was that it made her drink milk to wash the candy.
So far, this is the best prepackaged sauce I've ever tried. The sour taste and smell of the recipe has been rounded out with agave, thyme, cumin, and turmeric. In addition to the pepper jack cheese, I added tortilla chips.
I always get compliments on the sauce and everyone always wants to know what it is.
This sauce's perfect blend of spices and creamy tomato make it similar to the sauce I order at my favorite restaurant. As we have used it for enchiladas, taquitos, and tamales we love how it has just the right amount of salt. This is a great.
