This is a great product
5/5

I really like how easy it is The potatoes (russets or sweets) can either be baked, grilled or air fried after one nail is inserted into the long end. For large potatoes, the cooking time at 400 degrees F is approximately 40 minutes. Depending on the size of your potato, adjust the power or time to get the results you desire. It does take relatively little time to cook the potatoes with any of the methods since they are heated from the inside out by the nails. Without any oil rubbed on them, the skin is nice and chewy when finished. In addition to cooked potatoes, you may also serve appetizers such as twice baked potatoes or potato skins. It is amazing what the results are!.

I have been searching for this for a long time! There are stainless steel, long enough for a big baked potato, and I've been searching for them for quite a while

They each have a little box to call their When your skewered hot food is in the wrong position, the flat piece shown can be used to pry out a nail. This is an extra-long potato nail, while the other ones are too short. We bid you farewell,.

A great product for cooking root vegetables evenly inside
5/5

Cooking potatoes, yams, sweet potatoes, and other root vegetables is a frequent part of my job as a personal chef for a large family-type group. Using the Weber brand potato nails in the oven works just fine for me, since I don't have a BBQ. When I am working on items that are large, I usually use two- Each end is represented by one. It seems to work best if they aren't quite put in all the way.

This Tiffany nail case can be found at Big Lots
4/5

An easy way to use nails for baking potatoes is to cut them into smaller pieces. It's been about 45 minutes and I have lovely smooth potato meat. This is an electric convection toaster oven that heats to 375 degrees. As much as I loved having potato nails without their own cases at home, I was also anticipating the joy I would get when I could bring them to parties and barbecues and unshell them with the air of a master violinist unwrapping I am sorry to say that this case is pointless. It will fall apart like a poor jewel case for a CD. You won't be able to get all six nails back in there. It is also useless to use the nail puller. Pot holders are useful - what's the big deal?.

It took me less time to cook my potatoes
5/5

Apparently they are less expensive versions of this tool, however I purchased mine along with the case for an additional charge. It is nice to be organized (I like it). I was very pleased with their performance. There was a Japanese sweet potato and a regular baked potato in the oven. It used to always be a problem for the Japanese sweet potato to evenly bake. Since I had the nail, I had no issue with this. If you are interested in baking potatoes better, I recommend this product or any nail. *I honestly have no suggestions for the baker other than to wrap your potatoes in tinfoil. Otherwise, the nail may fall out when the potato is fully.

These are so cute! My mother used potato nails a long time ago, and I still love them today

I liked the fact that it came with a case and a tool to remove the hot nails from potatoes that came with the set. The addition of this is very nice - thanks When I had my old spikes, they were simply aluminum. It is so exciting for me to be able to use these!.

It is helpful to have potato nails for evenly distributing heat throughout the kitchen
4/5

As a child, we used to have extremely thick potato nails, and we hoped this would be even To be honest, I do use these when I bake a Those oversized potatoes now seem to come in two nails, but I use two nails per potato, yet still wish there were thick potato nails that were 8 inches and thicker once, like those I had before. They might be able to find a job at Amazon.

This is something that can't be lived You can cook these in your oven or on your grill if you prefer
5/5

If you like baked potatoes but hate guessing if the potatoes are done through, then these are perfect for you. During the nailing process, the potato is cooked on the inside to ensure that it is done. To replace the old ones I had lost over the years, I bought a new set. Purchased the same set for my daughter as well. If you or someone you know would like these, they'd make a great gift.
