It can be used as a dip, sauce, marinade, or This stuff has been a long time since I last had it. I am in my 40s now, and the last time I had Yoshida sauce was when I was just sixteen. When my mom and I were at Sams Club, we tried the sample while we were there. bought some because we loved it. Since then, it has been a regular purchase until we ran out of Yoshida. Then we just forgot about it since we didn't enjoy When I think of this now, I decided to see if Amazon still carries it. I have no idea if Sam's in my area still carries it. The bottle I bought was already on its way to me.
I don't remember it exactly as I knew it, but it has been 20 years since then. You can think of it as a thin sweet BBQ sauce with an Asian twist. I am totally not limited to that cuisine. There are times when I make chicken and just want to dip it in something. Throughout my life, I have been unable to do that with regular teriyaki due to its high concentration and potency. Straight out of the bottle, you can eat this sauce. If you are looking for a mild sweet and salty marinade, dip, sauce, or flavor enhancer, this is the product for you. Also, keep in mind that it has a high calorie, salt, and sugar content. Immediately upon opening, refrigerate.
Those who know the Yoshida family for a long time will be aware I met their family over 40 years ago and have known them for many years. Even today, I love the sauce as much as I did when I first tried it. One of the best things about this sauce is that it is great for basting, barbecue, or stir frying with Chicken, Beef, Lamb, Pork, Shellfish, Vegetables, Rice, There are some fish that it will not work well with, however, Trout, Salmon, Haddock, and Cod -- It is my opinion that the flavor of the sauce overwhelms the flavor of fish of this type. I highly recommend Mr. Yoshida's sauce for those who are a fan of Japanese cuisine.
The item I found on Amazon made me so happy. Basically, I use this for a recipe I have for boneless skinless chicken thighs over Jasmine rice that is one of my family's (and guests') favorites. The sauce is also great over broccoli, which is why I use it in place of teriyaki sauce. This bottle will last you for a long time since a little goes a long way.
This sauce has been my favorite for many years. I use it on any kind of meat that I barbecue and used to purchase it from Costco, but they discontinued it. I now buy it from Amazon, which is fine with me.
The Mr. Yoshida's original sauce is so savory and tasty that there are no words to explain it. Since I had used it for years, I was accustomed to it. I have been enjoying this product ever since I first saw it at a major wholesale club. A few days later it was taken down from wholesale club, but it was available at Amazon again. This keeps in the refrigerator for months, so I often buy the 86 fl oz bottle. The prices on Amazon are all over the place so make sure you shop around. The marinade that I use most often for chicken, pork, and steak is Mr. Yoshida's. Several of my friends feel the same way I do about it, and I have recommended it to them.
You can add fresh ginger and cilantro to this dish to make it more flavorful Every dish tastes like it was prepared in a restaurant. It's easy to apply, a little goes a long way, BIG FLAVOR It was discovered at a warehouse retailer 12 years ago when we lived in SoCal but we ordered it on Amazon. You won't be disappointed if you give it a try.
My favorite way to marinate steaks, skirt steaks, chicken, and yes even hamburgers in this is in a zip lock bag for at least eight hours. key is to turn the bag every two hours and to use plenty of There is nothing like the meat on this menu.
There was one in my local grocery store as well as in my local Sam's Warehouse years ago. Since I last went there in a couple of months, I have not found it there. This stuff is very popular with my family. Having it in our house is a must. The fact that I can now order large quantities from Amazon is very convenient for me.
