In my home, we use this product, so I can say Yes - We use this as a marinade for pork chops before pan frying them. I like this one with pork or chicken. I'm not sure about beef, but I suppose it depends on your preferences. If I had to choose, I'd go with the Baldom spicy ranchero for pan-fried steaks - However, our preferences may vary. If you keep the bottle tightly closed, it should last several weeks. I usually only use half a bottle at a time, and the flavor remains the same.

Cook on high for 8 hours in a crock pot. Remove it from the oven and shred the meat with two forks. It's the best pulled pork you'll ever have on a grill. All you need for great flavor is just that. It's fantastic!.
I bought some to use as a marinade for grilled chicken and a tri tip steak. The marinade only lasted a day on the chicken. People were eating the chicken alone, ignoring the rest of the taco bar. Meat was served on three trays: carnitas, carne asada, and grilled chicken. There were still trays of carne asada and carnitas, as well as a snack bag of chicken, left at the end. It was even worse than the tri tip I soaked for Mother's Day. We cut up and grilled the tri tip. When I returned 10 minutes later to get my plate, there were only about five slices of a 3-pound tri tip left. IN TEN MINUTES, THEY ATE THE WHOLE DAMN THING! I wouldn't have gotten a piece of meat in another few minutes if it hadn't been for the marinade. Also, eat as soon as possible.
This is my favorite marinade, and it's the only one I use. I've tried a lot of different recipes and products, but this is the best one we've tried so far; the flavor is perfect!.
To be honest, I haven't tried any other brands of criollo mojo, but this stuff is so delicious that I don't see why I should. It's been used to make pork carnitas and as a fajita seasoning. Love it! Because I don't use much at a time, I freeze it in small portions, which keeps it fresh for a long time.
