Quick and easy and ready in under 15 minutes, this product is the perfect solution. Until the chicken is cooked, saute cubed up chicken in butter and olive oil with some minced garlic. A bowl of cooked Penne, a jar of the Artichoke Lemon Pesto, a can of artichoke hearts in water, 2 small cans of button mushrooms, some lemon zest and grated parmesan cheese will provide one delicious one dish dinner. During my time living in a small beach town, we used to find this at our local grocery store but then they said they couldn't get it anymore. This is my favorite. I didn't want to pay for shipping. The only way to get it is by going to World Market by taxi. My test of all Prime eligible Artichokes ended with a failure In the future, I will buy lemon tapenades and pestos from this company and happy to pay the shipping fees.
I boil Fettuccini or Broad Egg Noodles, add butter and a bit of Elki to them, and toss it all together. I love it! As well as on pizza, I put it on frozen pizza. I'm so pleased.
