No, it's not the case.
Yep! It's pricey, but it's the best product I've ever tried that comes in a jar. For bruschetta, I like to combine it with sun-dried tomato pesto.

This product has mixed reviews, but we think it's great. Although the price is outrageous, many local grocery stores (not Walmt) sell it for a third of the price, and that is where we will purchase ours from now on. 7 ounces? I'll admit that I was partly to blame because I failed to read the ounces. I made the mistake of judging a jar by its appearance, which appears to be a 24 oz jar. I would never pay $9 for a 6 in a million years. 7 oz jar. I guess it's my fault.
Simply delicious tomato pesto, and thanks to the ricotta, it's also very creamy. Because pesto sauces are not simply poured over pasta, some buyers are unaware that the jar is smaller. Instead, two or three tablespoons are tossed with a large bowl of pasta, which serves a family of four. This is a personal favorite of mine!.
This item arrived in good condition and on time. It was exactly what the seller said it would be. It had a fair amount of time left on its expiration date. One of the better Basil Pesto sauces I've tried, with the seal intact. It holds up well and blends to accent the other ingredients in the recipe, almost as good as fresh. I've added it to both hot and cold foods, as a topping/spread, and mixed into recipes. This is a product that I would recommend and will continue to use.
My family loves this sauce, but it's already pricey, and one of the three bottles arrived leaking all over the bubble wrap that had been wrapped around it. I can't seem to find a way to get in touch with the vendor to fix it. The price is already high for the quantity, and when you can only use two of the three, it's even more so. I didn't notice any damage to the box, and I don't think the bottle was broken. Simply put, the lid wasn't sealed properly.
This is something I just can't put down. This is an exception to my rule of not eating canned or jarred foods. It's delicious on a grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough with mozzarella, on pasta, or a spoonful in a bowl of soup. It is impossible to overestimate the value of this book. It was well worth the money. Make a point of purchasing two.
It's also a tasty dish. With crackers, it's fantastic. br>br>I bought it on here for about $9. That's a bit of a hefty sum. br>br>Also, make sure to refrigerate after opening. br>br>Overall, this is a fantastic snack and product. Depending on how much you limit your portions, it's a little healthier.
I bought a jar to give it a try, and it was AMAZING. In a single day, I finished the entire jar. As a result, I placed a second order for ten additional jars. In one order, there are six people, and in another order, there are four people. Each jar was individually wrapped in bubble wrap and delivered in the same box. I made some fresh bread and cracked open the first jar right away. It was sealed, the lid popped open when I opened it, and the paper seal was still intact, but mold was growing around the top and under the lid, much to my surprise. UGH. $7 went straight to the garbage can. I unwrapped and opened the second jar, which was fine; I still have eight more jars to open, and I'm hoping the one nasty, moldy jar was an outlier. The flavor is so good that I've woken up in the middle of the night craving it, and even my picky 6-year-old has requested it.
