There is nothing better than bourbon glaze on my fish, and I eat a great deal To compare various glazes, I have purchased about a dozen different ones. Located in the middle of the group, this one stood out a mile away. Perfectly balanced taste and aroma. It's textured in some ways. Almost any meat tastes better when it is topped with this.
