I have no idea what I am doing. This 12 oz. product can be found here. The product description states that it is 6 oz, but the item weighs 9 oz. There are 5 ounces in 5 grams. Are you wondering what to do?

If you were to use it in cooking, what would you cook with it?

My favorite way to consume these balsamic glazes is on veggies (sautéed Brussels sprouts are absolutely delicious with them) and You can add them to any meal, and they add great flavor without weighing you down or adding calories to your diet. You can also reduce and cook with them for pork and chicken (I prefer the Sicilian orange and fig in particular). Adding a little while cooking will make it stronger as it cooks.

There is a sweet truffle taste to the sauce

Using this glaze on salads, cooked greens, or marinades really brings out the flavor of the dish. The taste is not overpowering and is slightly sweet, but just like truffle - not overpowering. My purchases have been varied over the years.

The taste was excellent. We just bought an excellent Balsamic truffle glaze in Croatia and wished to find another product at home that we could use. In some ways, it was even better than the one we had been trying to replicate.

You may want to try a different product. There was almost no truffle taste or smell in this product. I will start again with my original brand once I have tried it.
