In the event that I were to have one complaint, it would be that a simple envelope of Demi-Gel could not be located A mix of ice cream and grated cheese. It took me two gallons of mix to make two gallons of sauce out of the smallest container I could find. There was a two-pack of it Pack of cards. (four gallons)
Thankfully, I don't have to use the entire container at once. The instructions include ratios for making one quart of sauce at a time. That's more than enough for me. I can usually get away with using one container of mix. It is almost enough material to last a lifetime with two containers! In fact, one of those four It would make me feel like a hoarder to have multiple packs of mix! I might, however, become addicted to it, after experiencing how easy it is to prepare and how delicious it tastes. Whatever we can do to help out is appreciated during these trying.
