As far as I can tell, I don't have a bottle to see, but you just need to push the metal thingy the only way it can travel. You have to work for it. You will be able to open it.

The recipe included with the bottle is easy to follow, and you won't have any problems. As of yet, we haven't tried it on meat or fish, even though it is supposed to be good with both.

There is a cheese bake recipe on the bottle but I used it for any grilled dish I could think of. Smoked salmon is absolutely stunning with this glaze.

I can't get enough of it. There is nothing better than cheese dip. There's no way around it-you have to double the recipe or you'll never get to taste it. Sliders and a wide range of other applications may be made with it.
