Not the same as the original

The original Anchor Bar wing sauce is the best wing sauce I've ever had! It was sweltering outside, but I was barely able to keep my cool. As a result, I used some of it to fix half the wings. Then I added some melted butter to help my husband cool it down. br>While the label for this wing sauce clearly states'medium,' I purchased it on the internet. I couldn't read the ingredients because they were written in a foreign language. Maybe I wouldn't have bought it if I could have. Aged cayenne peppers, vinegar, salt, butter, lemon, spices, garlic, and natural gum make up the original sauce's ingredients. That is all there is to it. All of the items are of high quality and are easily identifiable. There were 19 ingredients in the new (medium) bottle. I can't pronounce the vast majority of them. br>This item should not be purchased.

A review of the flavor

I liked the flavor, but it wasn't quite what I had hoped for. When it comes to the authentic Anchor Bar wing sauce, I suppose there's nothing like the real deal. This was okay, but it could have used a little vinegar and a little more heat. This was a very gentle one. If you're looking for a sauce with a little more kick, the hot version is the way to go. On the stove, I heated this up, adding Frank's hot sauce, vinegar, and a little margarine. It was greatly aided by this.

Anchor Bar sauce is fantastic. However, one of the three bottles in the package was leaking when it arrived. It's a complete disaster!.

The flavor, the taste, is incredible! I tried it for the first time a while ago and really liked it! I've tried a few others, but this is the only one I'll buy now! It coats well and allows you to customize the amount of warmth (or "heat") you want!
