There's a lot of corn syrup in this recipe
3/5

High fructose corn syrup is the next ingredient. br>Corn syrup makes up the third ingredient. br>Basically, you're getting a really sweet ketchup with a few spices added in. Avoid this if you have diabetes or are simply trying to cut down on sugar in your diet.

If you're looking for a good balance, this is the sauce to go with
5/5

Okay, this is the most favorable time. This has been my favorite since the first time I tried it in a restaurant about 30 years ago, when it was simply known as "Classic. " "This is how I envision a BBQ sauce to be. This is not to be confused with Cattlemen's Original base sauce. This is far superior (and far less vinegary)! br>br>Though it's now referred to as "Kansas City," don't be fooled - It's nothing like the sickeningly sweet, candy-like sweetness of the original. like goopy, sticky, thick "Kansas City" style sauces from the supermarket (which I despise). Cattlemen's KC Classic is thinner (though still dark and rich) and more pourable, with a perfect balance of tomato, molasses, vinegar, and spiciness (including mustard and onion) that I find irresistible. Yes, I'd prefer it if it didn't have the high-resolution graphics. I'm willing to pay that price for a fantastic sauce, even if it does contain high fructose corn syrup. Give it a try and see if it's not what you've been looking for in terms of the perfect BBQ sauce!.

The best sauce I've ever had! br>Thick, flavorful, and a little spicy, but it melts any meat in your mouth. br>Delicious!.

BBQ sauce that is good
4/5

at a cost that is reasonable For several years, I've relied on Cattlemen's BBQ sauce; It also serves as a stand-in for when I don't have time to prepare my own "special sauce. " I can also add my own "heat" to the sauce without affecting the flavor too much. Suitable for dipping; especially if you've had a few beers and don't care about the taste!.

Shipping is too much for the bottle
3/5

When it comes to bottle sauce, even moderately rough handling is too much for it. During shipping, three of my bottles were broken at the bottom. Near handle cracks, the bottom and side seals are used. The bottle appears to be overly rigid. I recommend letting a full gallon bottle sit for a while to see how much it can hold.

The best bbq on the face of the earth
5/5

The best bbq on the face of the earth. Everything else comes in second place for me. This stuff is fantastic on everything, including jojos! br>br>Almost everyone I know who has tried it at my house has declared it to be their new favorite! I'm hoping it's always under $12, because if it is, I'll keep buying it whenever my stock runs low.

This is an excellent purchase
5/5

For less than $14, you can get a gallon of Cattleman's sauce. What an excellent purchase! Love it! br>br>What a steal at $14 for a gallon jug. 00 Cattleman's is difficult to come by in the big stores for some reason. It would cost at least $30 if they had a gallon jug. It was well worth the $14. Love it !.

One of the best BBQ sauces is still one of the best
5/5

One of the best all-around BBQ sauces is still and always will be. If you look at Cattleman's website, you'll notice that they sell both ready-to-use and "Base" types for commercial use. Hands down, my go-to sauce is a simple, well-rounded sauce.
