I'd read other reviews where people said they received expired product, but I figured I'd be lucky. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no br>On the 29th of February, I received two bottles that had expired in early January. br>Amazon stated that the purchase price would be refunded.
The bottles I received on December 15th of this year will expire on January 2nd of 2020. It'll be over in less than a month. I understand that the sauce will keep for a while after the expiration date, but items that are close to expiration should be discounted and not sold at full price. br>br>The sauce itself is delicious. br>br>Amazon issued a refund.
My only gripe is that it arrived on August 20th, with a September 14th expiration date. Basically, it's a waste of time.
It's corn syrup-free and delicious. I immediately opened the bottle to taste it because I am picky about BBQ sauce and have never been satisfied with store-bought brands, so I wanted to see if it lived up to the high praise. It lived up to expectations. It isn't spicy hot at all, as some other reviewers have stated. Another reviewer stated that they enjoy adding vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger to their dishes. I'm going to give it a shot.
Don't waste your money on unnecessary purchases. I suppose I expected something spectacular for the extra cash I spent. I like KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce, and this was good, but not as good as the original, which I can get for a lot less money at Walmart. To be honest, KC Masterpiece 816 is the best sauce out there, and it's a lot cheaper.
There's a problem with the date of expiration. The package expiration date was cut out of the bottles I received, and a white sticker with a date was placed on top. I don't know what to make of it. br>br>This is the only BBQ sauce that isn't sweetened with corn syrup! Excellent flavor! This was $6 at BJ's when I was a kid. 99, but I'm willing to pay a little more to get it. The extra cost is well worth it!.
Good date of expiration! After reading about the expiration of products, I became concerned. However, I just received this (which is the best BBQ sauce on the market), and it has a one-year expiration date. So, don't be afraid to place an order.
To avoid the sugar from burning and turning black, add the sauce near the end of your grilling.
