This is essentially Arby's sauce with a slightly thicker consistency and a tad more spice, for those of you who have never been to Milwaukee, let alone Miller Park or American Family Field or whatever you want to call it. br>br>For those of you who haven't heard of Arby's sauce, think of a ketchup/BBQ sauce hybrid but with a less tomato-y flavor. y, smoke- y flavor. It's good stuff, and it can be used for almost anything.
The stadium sauce reminds me of a mix of ketchup and barbecue sauce. It reminds me of my childhood, when my father and I would go to the stadium and get a hot dog.
This is, without a doubt, the best thing to put on just about any meat you want to eat. I use it to make brats, and I can't eat chicken breasts without a hint of County Stadium (OK, Miller Park now). You don't know what you're missing if you haven't tried it. If you're from the Milwaukee area, it'll bring back a lot of memories.
If you're eating a brat, this is the only sauce you should use. I haven't lived in Milwaukee in more than a decade, but Amazon sells it all over the country, so I can still get it!.
On behalf of my other half, I'm writing this. Without it, my husband will not eat bratwurst. In a literal sense. My husband ordered bottles of it even when he was stationed overseas, incurring additional shipping costs. I'm from Philadelphia (no need to apologize), and I've never heard of any of this. I figured I should give it a shot because Milwaukee teams do occasionally win. It isn't a bad situation. I still prefer a cheese steak, but everyone has their own preferences. Go Phils!.
Stadium Secret Sauce transports me to Milwaukee Brewers games and summers in the city. It goes well with bratwurst, burgers, chicken, and just about any other meat. Despite the fact that I no longer live in Milwaukee, this brings back pleasant memories.
I used to enjoy this at the ballpark when I was a kid. At home, everything is still fantastic. This book comes highly recommended.
Miller Park is the place to be! Legit! Get it!.
