Yummy goodness on vegetables, meats, and fish that have been broiled, roasted, or grilled. It's great for burgers, bean cakes, tacos, and burritos, among other things. A little goes a long way, but if you prefer it stronger, go ahead and use more. This okonomi sauce, as well as Kewpie mayonnaise and other condiments, should be kept on hand in the kitchen, along with hoisen and bean paste and other miscellaneous items. This is a tasty combination of fruits and spices, with dates serving as the main ingredient. br>br>I use it in a variety of marinades and brines as well. It goes well with vegetarian dishes. br>br> It's in a couple of vegetarian burrito and enchilada recipes, as well as roasted vegetables. This has a nice subtle umami flavor from the dates.

Next time, I'm not going to be lazy and will simply make my own. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure some people will enjoy this, but I found it to be too salty for me, and I'm very sensitive to strong flavors.
I've been making okonomiyaki sauce out of Worcestershire sauce and ketchup in Texas, with no idea what I'm doing. From now on, I'm going to buy the real thing. I really enjoy the flavor, and it goes well with steak and sandwiches.
I enjoy experimenting with new sauces, such as the following: Some of these will become pantry staples for me. This one has been added to the rotational team as a permanent member. In a variety of applications, it's excellent.
I'm not sure what else to say besides that this is ideal for Okonomiyaki. Sure, you could make your own version at home, but many of us don't live near a Japanese market (or even have one in our state) where we could get all the ingredients. Okonomiyaki sauce was made in the kitchen. So that's helpful. And, as usual, it's delectable. This sauce is what makes okonomiyaki "okonomiyaki. ".
This flavor is so unique that I'm not sure how to describe it, but it was the ideal complement to the Okonomiyaki.
This is in addition to the Yakisoba and Okonomiyaki portions. It would appeal to anyone who enjoys the flavor of barbecue (especially Americans). Although it isn't particularly spicy, it pairs well with cooked vegetables.
influenced dish, including the use of ketchup in place of ketchup on eggs. It tastes like teriyaki and sesame to me (two of my favorite culinary tastes in the world!).
