Questions & Answers
These could be used for pancit, but a thinner rice noodle might be a better choice.
Hello! I placed an order for this item and received FOUR (4) 28-ounce bags of delicious noodles! PHO (Fa) is a great way to use it.
On the package, it says to soak for a short time (I'm not sure how long) in cold water, then drain and add to soup. I like the noodles, but I don't have a package with me right now to double-check the directions.

It was advertised as being available in three sizes. I figured there were three servings because of the size of the package. As a result, I placed three orders for the three-piece set. I bought a few extra packs so that I could have some extras. Well . It turns out that each of the three packages in a three-pack contains the same information. Because each pack contains four servings, I got a lot more than I expected, 36 to be exact, but I'm not complaining. I bought these noodles to make pho, but I've discovered that they can be used in other ways as well. They turn out perfectly if you follow the instructions.
In a lobster stock, cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with grilled shrimp, cabbage, scallions, radish, jalapenos, and cilantro after the spice is finished. The seafood pho was perfect.
These noodles were not to my liking. I was hoping to use them for Pho, but I'm not sure if that's the issue. I thought these were Pho noodles because they came up in a search for "Pho," but I'm not sure if I'm familiar enough with the soup's proper noodle. To me, they looked more like lomein noodles.
There are three 1 pound packages in this order.
Not at all what I had anticipated. It's thicker than the rice noodles I buy at the Asian market and soak while I prepare the vegetables. I dislike having to boil them before I can use them. For my pancit, I prefer a thinner noodle.
It's very simple to make. Simply soak for a few minutes, then drain and combine with the rest of the ingredients in the recipe in a wok.
When rehydrated, a single package yields a large quantity of noodles. They were in excellent condition upon their arrival.
This type of noodle is not available in my area of Texas, as it was in California. This is a delicious product.
