Cook for ten minutes after bringing the water to a boil. Drain after 12 minutes. For spring rolls or chilled salads, run under cold water.
That's something I've never done before. I don't need to experiment with your method because cooking with boiling water and adding the noodles while on the stove is so quick.

I just finished one package of rice noodles and used it in a variety of recipes. Everyone was fantastic! I'm going to go out and get some more as soon as I can!.
Thank you all so much! My first attempt failed miserably because the cookies were still too chewy. I believe my house is cold, and the uncovered metal pan in which I soaked them quickly lost heat. I poured boiling water from my kettle into the pot in my thermal cooker the next time, closed it, soaked them for three minutes, opened and stirred, closed it again, and they were perfect! I was overjoyed. And I appreciate that these are made entirely of rice and water, with no preservatives, high sodium, or other potentially harmful ingredients. Thank you very much!.
I was surprised to find 2 pounds of vermicelli noodles for such a low price online, and even more surprised that they were of such good quality and taste after cooking them in my favorite recipe; I'll be buying my noodles from here instead of going to the market in the future!.
When I order other rice noodles, I usually get a lot more. As a result, they're a fantastic buy. They have a good flavor, but I find them to be a little thick. Because I can't eat gluten, I'm thinking I'll use them as a substitute for spaghetti. My ramen, however, is too thick for it.
Good product; I can't even imagine going to the Asian market right now, so the convenience is greatly appreciated! In spite of the fragile noodles, it was surprisingly intact.
Rice noodles can be used in place of any wheat-based pasta. I've discovered that I enjoy these in any recipe that calls for noodles; they're delicious and take only a few minutes to prepare. They will be ready in about one or two minutes.
Rice Vermicelli noodles cook quickly, have a spaghetti-like texture, and have a mild flavor, so when dressings are added, the noodles absorb the flavor. These are far superior to spaghetti in our opinion. We've been purchasing on a regular basis.
