The single-serve packs are extremely handy. I soak the pad thai in hot water for 30 minutes before tossing them in a wok. I toss them into the soup and let them soak for 5 minutes before serving. It's a great flavor and it's very convenient.
6 minutes in a pot of just-boiled water They have a nice chew to them and can be used in both hot and cold noodle dishes. I like how each serving is individually wrapped, allowing you to cook only what you need.
When I cook noodles or pasta for my family, I always have the feeling that the food isn't very healthy because it's made with refined rice or all-purpose flour. br>Now I don't have to worry about feeding my family because this is made from brown rice and tastes much better than regular noodles. br>Just do it! It cooks quickly, so don't leave it in the oven for too long.
These noodles are versatile enough to be used in a variety of dishes. I've used them in soups, as a gluten-free substitute for traditional pasta dishes, and, of course, Thai cuisine. I like that they use mostly brown rice in these, and the individualized portion bags are ideal for small dinners or single living. This is an excellent item.

This noodle dish is amazing. They're used in my teriyaki stir-fry. Cooking this dish is a breeze. Bring a pot of water to a boil, then remove the pot from the heat and add the noodles. They must sit for approximately 5 minutes before they can proceed. done! If you want to make a quick meal for the kids using a healthier noodle, this is a great option. They're currently on auto-ship for me.
