According to the label on the package, this product contains no fiber. Brown rice is the name given to it. This refers to whole grain rice, which must contain fiber by definition. To make matters worse, the box claims that it is a good source of fiber, which only adds to the problem of zero fiber. How is it possible? There is no fiber on one side of the box. On the other hand, it's a good fiber source. This product also has a well-designed advertising campaign that emphasizes the rice's naturalness and health benefits. The fiber content, however, is the most important factor to consider. The fiber is what distinguishes unhealthful refined white rice from healthy whole grain rice; this problem must be resolved, and the manufacturer must be held accountable. They've switched to speaking from both sides of their mouth.

They're delicious in so many ways, but I especially like how light they are and how quickly they cook. I use them as a pasta substitute in my regular pasta dishes, but they're also great when combined with a lot of leftovers for a quick meal; by the time the leftovers are heated up, the noodles are done and it's ready to eat.

This noodle is fantastic, and you should enjoy it as a result of your own culinary creation. br>br>I was originally stumped as to how to prepare this type of noodle, but then I remembered how much I enjoy stir-frying, so I figured I just did it my way. It was a wise decision because I was very pleased with my dish, which was made with soy sauce, oysters, and a pinch of sugar. Last but not least, before I indulge in my favorite stir-fry, I'd like to add some chili sauce (I used Cholimex) to my fried noodle to enhance the flavor.

I'm okay with the noodle cakes being unexpectedly large. I believe there are six (two per pack) in the box. However, it should be divided into 18 noodle cakes before serving. This is simply too much to make in a single sitting as it is. It would be difficult to gauge the right amount for the instructions if they were broken in half. It can also get a little muddled in this manner. br>br>The instructions are the real flaw. It's simple to undercook them, and it's also simple to overcook them. Simply simplify it, and you'll have a fantastic result. The product's quality is undeniable, but the overall experience could be improved. Aside from that, great noodles.

I've yet to find any noodles with a better texture and flavor, and it's extremely versatile, so I use it in all of my Asian noodle dishes: Pad thai, stir-fried noodles, and pho noodle soups Love!.
