These noodles are tasty! Because I can't eat gluten, I'm always on the lookout for good gluten-free noodles. These are easy to digest and cook well. I bought these specifically for Pad See Ew, and I only soaked them in warm water for 15 minutes before cooking them to give them a chewier texture. They didn't curl or stick together and lasted a long time. In the future, I'd like to start making my own noodles, but for now, these will suffice.
Since I moved out of state, finding a restaurant that serves this delectable dish has become impossible. And I wanted to see if I could figure out how to make it myself, but I couldn't find the right noodles. I finally got them today. Thank you a lot! Here's a happy customer! 😊.
