These noodles are delicious and filling. They can be parcooked and pan-fried, and they're delicious in soups or simply pan-fried in roasted sesame oil with Japanese 5-spice powder. There may be a less expensive noodle for people who aren't gluten-free, but I've been celiac for over a decade and these noodles have allowed me to enjoy homemade ramen once more. This is one of my favorite pantry staples!.
These Rice Ramen noodles are one of my favorites. There are a lot of rice noodle brands out there, but these are the ones that are the most consistent in terms of flavor and texture. Cook according to the package directions and do not overcook! These are fantastic for making Ramen bowls. I fill two "bricks" per person with vegetables, meat, or a hard boiled egg for a filling meal. They cook quickly and can be rinsed ahead of time and mixed with a little sesame oil (or other oil) to keep them warm until the rest of the meal is ready.
It turned out fantastically! Rice noodles, in general, are a challenge for me to cook. I either don't cook them long enough, resulting in rubbery results, or I cook them too long, resulting in mushy results. These were simple to prepare, with clear and precise instructions that always resulted in a delicious meal!.
I frequently cook in my van, and this product is ideal for a one-pot meal. Dinner in a pan: Bone broth, ramen cake, and a large handful of greens to steam while the noodles finish cooking in the last few minutes. There's no need to drain it, and if you're really lazy, you can eat it right out of the pan. br>br>I enjoy most Lotus Foods products, but this is my personal favorite because millet brown rice is high in protein and filling. I deducted one star for value because it's even more expensive on Amazon. Costco has a larger selection and is, of course, less expensive, but the next best option is right here on A.
I can't believe they stuffed these into a bag and sent them away. Because they were crumbs and there were only four of them, the price was astronomical. Very let down.
Healthy organic ramen noodles that cook quickly are one of my favorite things. They were a big hit with my grandchildren. I like that I can customize my seasonings and broth, allowing me to limit the amount of salt I consume (due to my high blood pressure). It has a stronger flavor than cheap ramen, but it's still delicious. I'll continue to buy these as a pantry staple.
I'm overjoyed that I came across this soup. It's something I eat on a daily basis. I cook it for 6 minutes and add whatever fresh or frozen vegetables I have on hand. This product is much healthier than traditional Ramen, and it is also gluten-free. br>br>Whole Foods is known for its high quality, and if it doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily get a refund. This is a risk-free investment. Take a chance!.
The noodles should be in a compact rectangle, but many of them were broken during shipping because they were not packed properly.
