Because I am the only gluten-free member of the family, I always feel bad when the rest of the family has to eat sub-par food. Noodles as usual My entire family enjoys these high-quality, delicious-tasting noodles. They'll eat the stragglers at the bottom of the pot even if there's no sauce or flavoring added. I would strongly suggest it.
They were a big hit with me. It has a good texture and a pleasant neutral flavor. The only criticism I have is the price.
Because it's brown rice, it's a little gross, but it cooks up well. The flavor is identical to that of white rice noodle soup. br>br>Just remember to rinse the noodles after they've been boiled to avoid an icky gluey sticky mess! In pho, it's fantastic.
