I cook for 4 minutes in the microwave. 5 minutes, then leave in pot until noodles have absorbed all of the water. After that, I drain the water, add the remaining ingredients, and cook for another 2 minutes. Obviously, the amount of water you use will affect the initial cook time, but the most important thing is to bring it to a boil, cover it, and let the noodles soak for at least 15 minutes before draining.

The box contains several cellophane packets, each of which contains around four "nests," allowing you to remove a few without having to open the entire box. Each "nest" is uniform in size and quality. They cook quickly and have a nice texture, though they can easily become a sticky mess if overcooked, as with any rice noodle. They're great to have on hand because they cook up quickly in stir fries, noodle soups, or salads. And, of course, the company is committed to a social mission, which makes me feel good about purchasing their products. When I finish the large box of noodles, I'll place another order!.
Will it raise my blood sugar? That was my main concern. It hasn't happened yet, and I am able to consume a reasonable amount of food. I've made one pasta curl. You can eat it for a few meals if you want to. The flavor is distinct from regular pasta, but it is well worth the extra effort. Last night, I made a Thai peanut sauce to serve with the pasta. It tasted fantastic. Brown rice noodles can be used for anything that regular pasta can be used for, making them extremely versatile.
WHEAT CONTAMINATION is present in this product. I bought it because it stated that it was wheat-free, but after eating it, I couldn't breathe, my throat closed up, and I passed out, requiring intubation due to my severe wheat allergy. This business is irresponsible in its product offerings. There's a chance it contains additional allergens.
He's a delicious noodle, and when boiled, he holds up well. This is the best deal for buying in bulk.
These noodles are fantastic because they cook quickly and have a delicious flavor. They are smooth and hearty, rather than having the grainy texture of other brown rice products. They are packaged in small pods, allowing you to cook as much or as little as you want. They're the noodle of choice for me.
They cook quickly and have an authentic texture similar to what you'd find in an Asian restaurant. Likewise, when it comes to taste: Hands down, these are the best rice noodles I've ever made at home.
We had originally purchased a box of these noodles from our local Costco. We loved them so much that I was disappointed when I couldn't find them at Costco again, but they're now available on Amazon. These rice noodles cook quickly and aren't as "gummy" as some rice noodles. We've used them in stir-fries and served curry on top of them. If you're eating them as leftovers without sauce, I'd recommend reheating them because they get a little dry after a while. Our menu now includes these as a standard item.
I liked the flavor, the speed with which it cooked, and the fact that the contents were packed four nests of noodles per wrapper, preventing the entire amount from being opened at once. It was a lot easier to keep track of portions. There were no seasonings in this box of plain brown rice noodles. While the noodles were cooking, I could quickly cook diced onions, mushrooms, and spinach, then toss everything together for a filling meal.
