That is something you could do with them. Egg rolls usually have thinner noodles. I bought these to make chicken long rice, and it was delicious!

I just finished my current box of noodles at lunchtime today, and I made a stir fry with a variety of vegetables and tofu, then added these noodles just before serving. I made the noodles by covering them with boiling water from a kettle and letting them sit for 20 minutes. Then I chopped them up on a cutting board and mixed them into my stir fry. This dish was a hit with my wife because of the noodles. I used to fry the noodles as well, and my son would eat them as a snack. In addition to salads and other dishes, we used the fried version. This is a versatile noodle that should be kept on hand at all times.

In comparison to heavy pastas, this is a consistent lighter option. Like the 'Glass' Noodles restaurant. I don't gain weight like I do with other wheat or rice pastas, so this is a good substitute for me.
I discovered that Saifun was difficult to come by in my area, so when I did, I was ecstatic. I placed my order on this line. It was slightly more expensive than I had anticipated, but that was fine with me. I am completely satisfied.
This appeared in a search result for bean thread, and because I'm familiar with the brand, I didn't look closely at the packaging to make sure it wasn't rice noodles. They were disgusting when I tried to use them.
Will purchase additional items. These noodles are fantastic! They have a great texture and are simple to prepare. I'm going to get some more.

These are hard to come by where I live, so when I saw them for a reasonable price, I couldn't pass them up. From the few packages I've opened, they appear to be brand new. I'm going to buy more!.
