This is a personal favorite of mine. Why? The sauce is simply grabbed and held by the Radiatore, resulting in no "dry" mouthful. Every bite is a mouthful of luscious delight.

TWO ** for being placed in a plastic bag during delivery. Please, AMAZON, don't be so stingy. Without a doubt, this delicate pasta was shattered. I'm going to freeze it for soup. Garafalo is a high-quality imported pasta that should be tried by anyone who hasn't already.

In my neighborhood market, I couldn't find these shapes. I couldn't believe my eyes when I discovered them on Amazon! Pasta of excellent quality. I would definitely buy from them again. I strongly suggest it.

I used to be able to find it in most grocery stores, but it has been discontinued in our area in recent years. I'm glad I can order it online, but the price per pound is still too high for a dry pasta product.
