If you haven't tried them yet, you won't understand why you can't go back to regular dried noodles once you have. Every time I have a noodle with dinner, I have to order De Cecco's Pappardelle and Fetucini noodles. It's so easy to make them instead of Ramen noodles, and the flavor is incredible; all you need is a little butter and some Better Than Boullion roasted garlic, and you've got yourself a meal. Add some asparagus and low-sodium Knorr jellied chicken stock to the noodles while they're cooking if you want to get fancy. OMG.

I've tried almost every type of pasta I've ever seen. Even though I'm not Italian, I can't go a day without eating pasta. This is the most delicious noodle I've ever tasted. The flavor and texture are fantastic. My preferred method is to cook it in a delicious chicken broth.

De Cecco is a great product and one of Italy's most important and best pasta producers. There is no better wide/flat "noodle" on the market. Cook in a hurry. the sauce is kept in. br>Even without the butter, it's a delicious dish. herbs. Everything was in excellent working order when it arrived.
