If you haven't tried them yet, you won't understand why you can't go back to regular dried noodles once you have. Every time I have a noodle with dinner, I have to order De Cecco's Pappardelle and Fetucini noodles. It's so easy to make them instead of Ramen noodles, and the flavor is incredible; all you need is a little butter and some Better Than Boullion roasted garlic, and you've got yourself a meal. Add some asparagus and low-sodium Knorr jellied chicken stock to the noodles while they're cooking if you want to get fancy. OMG.
It's not cheap, but the flavor and texture make it well worth it. A single p is a good place to start.
In pasta dishes, these noodles work well. It's tasty and adds flavor to any dish, and it has a great texture.
Just like I did in Italy on Lake Como!.
Yummy and eggy. This is a typical re-use situation. It saves me at least $1 by ordering for my kitchen. 00 more than if you bought it in the store. Thank you, de checco, for always delivering!.
I've tried almost every type of pasta I've ever seen. Even though I'm not Italian, I can't go a day without eating pasta. This is the most delicious noodle I've ever tasted. The flavor and texture are fantastic. My preferred method is to cook it in a delicious chicken broth.
First and foremost, let me state that I am an Italian. This is the traditional egg pasta I eat in Italy, and I adore it! De Cecco is a great product and one of Italy's most important and best pasta producers. The only drawback is that the pappardelle pasta is fragile, and most of the nests (this is how one single noodle all wrapped is called in Italy) are broken after shipping. br>One bag makes four portions, and the cooking time they recommend is perfect. br>The only drawback is that the pappardelle pasta is fragile, and most of the nests (this is how one single noodle all wrapped is called in Italy) are broken after shipping.
There is no better wide/flat "noodle" on the market. Cook in a hurry. the sauce is kept in. br>Even without the butter, it's a delicious dish. herbs. Everything was in excellent working order when it arrived.
