Gluten-free food with the best flavor Pasta is provided for free. It cooks up exactly like durum wheat. pasta with a tomato sauce base It does get a little stiff if refrigerated (like leftovers), but a spritz of water and a quick microwave run fixes that. It's best to use a tad more dressing in pasta salads that will be refrigerated to avoid stiffness.
This product is the best of its kind on the market, which I adore. I've tried every gluten-free pasta on the market, but it wasn't until I tried this one at Carrabas that I realized how good it was. This was it when I went back to the chef and asked what they were using in their meals. GREAT!.
Although the price seemed high, the flavor was excellent, and the gluten-free pasta was cooked al dente for the first time. It's a good idea to undercook the meat a little and finish in a flavorful sauce. It's something I'd buy again if the opportunity arose. I used to drink Barilla, but this casarecce garafalo is much better!.

We make pasta at least twice a week because my wife is gluten-free. The majority of gluten-free pastas on the market are unpleasant to eat and/or do not withstand moderate boiling and mixing. The pastas from Garafolo are unique. firm, flavorful, and adaptable to a wide range of dishes We've served it to guests several times, and they're always surprised to learn that it's gluten-free.
Gluten-free pasta is my absolute favorite! I had it at Eataly in Manhattan and asked the chef for the name of the brand. In terms of taste and texture, this pasta is the closest I've come to regular pasta. My non- It's a hit with the GF family, who can't tell the difference.
Because it was so delicious, I had the waiter inquire about the type of pasta. The pasta is delicious, and you'd never guess it's gluten-free! Noodles are one of my favorite foods because of their flavor, texture, and shape.
