I'm on a long vacation away from my home kitchen, but from what I recall - You can certainly look at the various pastas on Amazon to see what's available - Color-coded boxes separate the various pasta varieties. You would purchase based on "type" rather than "color." Ignore the colors and focus on your favorite type of pasta. This is the only pasta brand I buy, and I always buy two or three boxes of each type to keep on hand. With a four-minute cook time, you can't go wrong. One box serves four people generously, and half a box serves two perfectly. Best of luck!

It's extremely light. It's delicious! It's the closest thing I've ever had at home to fresh Italian restaurant-quality pasta. This pasta must be consumed as soon as possible. If it sits for too long, it will ball up and dry out. I made it with butter and parmigiano-reggiano, as well as a little olive oil. There was a lot of butter sucked out of it; It was impossible for me to keep it moist for more than 5 minutes. The shipping was the most inconvenient aspect of the whole process. They crammed three boxes of pasta into a single carton with no dunnage- Because there was no padding inside, the majority of it was broken.
