I'm not sure what the expiration date is on the pasta you'd buy today, but I've bought it at least four times and it takes me about six months to finish it. I've never experienced anything resembling a lack of freshness. I hope this has been of assistance.
I do not have the egg fettuccine but only the Mafaldine and the capellini which only lists 100 % DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA. After making my own macaroni, I believe the only other ingredient is egg, which is imported from Italy and manufactured by Cento. They might be able to provide you with more details. This thick pasta is a nice change from the thin pasta we've been eating.
I went straight to Amazon after that. I went to com to look for it, and I wasn't disappointed, as usual. It's a fantastic pasta, and I've started using it in a variety of pasta dishes. It comes in a "nest" that you can easily break up into smaller pieces or throw into boiling water if you want longer noodles. .

What does it say about this town, I'm not sure. Regardless, I was able to locate the book on Amazon. Since then, I've been making delectable ragu pappardelle. This pasta is a sure-fire winner.
My girlfriend and I looked everywhere for pappardelle but were only able to find it in high-end Italian markets! We went to Whole Foods, Lunds, Rainbow, Cub, and Target to see what we could find. It was not in anyone's possession. This pappardelle is a little on the thick side, but it gets the job done!.
Very good, I like the texture, the width is just right, and the flavor of plain pasta is good. I would suggest it.
