Cooking time for this pasta is approximately 3 minutes. It tastes like fresh pasta, which I make frequently, and my husband mistook it for his own. I've already bought 5xs. The standard of excellence The flavors are fantastic. For what you get, the cost is reasonable. If it's a main dish, one bag serves two people. I make a Bolognese sauce to go with it. I would strongly suggest it.
The noodles were tasty, but many of them were broken into small pieces, which was disappointing. So the Pappardelle experience was a bust for me.
I used to be able to get them from a local store, but they were out of stock, so Amazon came to the rescue. Despite the fact that the noodles are dry, they cook in 3 minutes and taste so much better than any other dry noodle I've ever tried. They remind me of the kind of noodles you'd find in an ordinary Italian corner store. not particularly opulent Simply put, it was delicious.
Both the flavor and the quality of this product are excellent.
Anyone who has used pappardelle knows how well it works in recipes because of its long ribbon shape and thick texture. At least a third of each bag contained crushed noodles, with the longest pieces measuring about 6 inches in length. Cooking causes them to lose their shape. They are not something I would buy again.

I had hoped for long strands of pappardelle. Instead, it's dismantled into smaller chunks. br>The flavor is good, but the presentation isn't quite right.
I made a mistake and placed my order. I was interested in their carbohydrate-based products. nada, a low-carbohydrate food Only one bag was used. It was delicious pasta. I gave the rest to my son (due to the high carb content) and placed an order for their GREAT CARBA- NO EGG NOODLES that don't cause my blood sugar to spike.
