The fact that it is all handmade in the USA makes it worth the price. As for the other claims, I have seen a lot of "I ordered 4 and the whole thing was one pound, or two servings per box" and I'm beginning to think they were just making it up since I received four 16oz boxes which is way more than they claim. In my opinion, 2 oz of any pasta is a common serving size, but that should be enough unless you're overeating, carb loading, etc. So far, I've tried 3 of the boxes and they all held their shape and tasted nice! My only reason for not trying them yet is that they're not whole grain and I'm diabetic, so such foods are for special occasions only. Moreover, we found that after settling, the boxes were at least 3/4 full rather than half or less as described in other reviews. The overall experience was excellent in my opinion, and I would recommend you at least try it out. The experience was 100% worth it to me.
In this case, the pasta tastes great and cooks in the right amount of time. My main beef with this pasta is that the campanelle falls apart at the ridgeline quite easily. There is absolutely nothing better than this pasta! When I was diagnosed with generational diabetes, I was devastated as I am Italian and eat pasta on a regular basis. What would happen if I had to live without pasta for months? I was pleasantly surprised with the results of this pasta. Having grown up on whole grains, I don't need to cool two types of pasta to please my husband and child. When eaten with the right ratio of protein and fat, I don't have to worry about my blood sugar rising. The difference between that and our normal pasta was not noticed. I love how the texture is so perfect. I haven't found any brand as grainy and awful as some of the other brands we have tried, and the ingredients are top notch. My wife may completely transition to this brand after birth once the gestational diabetes is gone. I'm sure it's a much healthier and more blood sugar friendly choice every time!.

In terms of size and thickness, the radiators are quite thick, but the reginetti are like little lasagna noodles that you can use in so many ways. Despite the fact that radiators are 16oz and reginetti is only 12oz, the boxes of reginetti are only 12oz. Nonetheless, it is a rather large box, so it caught me off guard when I incorporated it into a recipe. The result was rather dumpling-like. My faux chicken noodle casserole is similar to this. I enjoyed it very much. There's nothing wrong with this stuff, but it's quite expensive for stuff like.
It is so delicious, my husband and I will be eating nothing else but Sfoglini for a long time to come. The taste and texture are superb it's like having an Italian cafe in the comfort of our own Whether it is the delicious taste of sauce and cheese clinging to the trumpets or the chewy texture in your mouth, the taste is great. We can't wait to try more varieties, especially the Cascatelli when it becomes available. You might as well splash out a bit! This is a decision you will not regret. I CANNOT believe how good this pasta is. There is nothing cooler than a cool type or shape with wonderful taste and mouth feel. The shapes and thickness of these pasta adds to the ease of making a sauce. But they taste so delicious with just a bit of olive oil and parmesan. As of this point, I can still recommend them despite not having consumed all of them. Every time I receive one, I look forward to it. My favorite part of the packaging is the design. is actually pretty easy to keep closed, and the design is not intrusive if you have open shelves like myself. I think this is.
