My favorite pasta of all time! I think the true aldente is - The only reason it gets three out of five stars is because they are packaged We must remember that plastic kills the planet. As long as the company uses recycled paper (which is cheaper) for packaging, I will give them 5 stars. In the meantime, I will not be ordering pasta again. I found organic durum semolina pasta at my local store that wasn't packaged in plastic, a little more expensive, but I want my children to be able to enjoy life, too.

The organic way! The texture is great! This pasta is the best! The texture is firm and I like it Al dente vegetables can easily be prepared by following the 12 minute cooking instructions!.

Pasta like this is not available anywhere else. Although I'd prefer it more if it were whole grain, it's still a tasty treat for all, even those who do not eat whole grains.

The pasta I bought from BIONATURE is Gluten Free it's WHEAT, so it cannot be returned. I buy BIONATURE products for their Gluten Free pastas, but this one is Wheat.
