I was looking for something to make homemade dill pickles, and this pickling spice, though it was a large bottle, was exactly what I needed. Neither the local grocery stores nor the online grocery stores carry the full container at all they have a very small container that isn't inexpensive. It turned out that the pickles tasted great.
