I was taken aback when they arrived! For such a high price, the size was too small. Only a mediocre taste. I thought I was getting two jars for that price, and while I understand cornichons are pricey, these weren't worth it. I read in reviews that they were a good balance of sweet and sour, but I believe they are more sour than balanced. I can't give them a good review because of the price, and I wouldn't order from them again!.
Now, whenever I go to the grocery store, I look for these in the pickle aisle, and if I don't find them, I move on to the other decades' favorites. This is the pickle I always have on hand. (Okay, we still buy dill and bread and butter chips for sandwiches, but only the cornichons will do for straight-up pickle eating now. ) ) I'll continue to purchase. They have the exact flavor described on the label. These pickles are milder than kosher dill and less sweet than baby gherkins, so they're a good compromise.
This is the first time I've tried this brand, and I adore and respect businesses that strive to make organics and better food accessible to the general public. These, on the other hand, were the worst-tasting pickles I've ever had. Other organic dill pickles that I ordered from a different company were also delicious! Please improve your recipe because the flavor was horrible!.
Jar that is not too big. These pickles were a lot of fun to eat. They're small in size, but they pack a punch in terms of flavor and crunch. I only gave it four stars because I wished for a larger jar. These are great for snacking or serving as a side dish with a sandwich.
Cornichons by Marky – 12 Organic Sweet (three ounces) Mustard seeds with a sour dill flavor. They're so tasty that I put them in egg and tuna salads as well as potato salads. I'd strongly advise anyone to try these!.
They're tiny cornichons that are just right. I use them as a garnish on a variety of dishes.
Definitely not worth the money when you can get better ones for less money at the grocery store.
