11 is the number on mine. Shelf life is one year, but because this is a canned product, it may last longer. really nice
The jars have a capacity of 14 ounces each. 400 ml or 5 oz. The jars I got are slightly different in shape. Pickles that are delicious!

We buy them by the case and eat them all the time; they're always crunchy, tiny, and easy to get out of the jar thanks to the basket; even the tiny onions are delicious. Just the right amount of flavor, great spice/herb combo, not too sour, salty, or spicy. After we've eaten all of them, we pickle peeled hardboiled eggs in the pickling liquid - utterly delicious! (For a refreshing kick, add some fresh dill. ) ) Watermelon radish is sometimes sliced and pickled in the same liquid. Don't pour it down the toilet! It can also be used to pickle sliced red onion. The jars can also be used again and again.
I looked everywhere in my neighborhood for these but couldn't find any. So,. I looked here and found Peters Select, where I was able to order an entire case for a great price; the first order was damaged during delivery, but that was not a problem. When I contacted Peters Select, the company responded quickly and expedited my order!br>br>As far as cornichons go, these are definitely the best; I've tried others from Whole Foods and other gourmet stores, but none have the same flavor and crispness as these!.
If there is a better Cornichon out there, I will never try it; it would be the end of my life! br>I buy them by the case and don't think it's excessive. br>If you've never tried a cornichon or didn't care for what you tried, try the Maille brand. They're fantastic, in my opinion.
As a result, I purchase it in bulk from Amazon and save a lot of money.
If you enjoy cornichons from France, this is the place to be. This is the genuine article. They come with a handy plastic server that makes it simple to remove the pickles from the brine. They're tiny and perfect for a relish tray.
These have been a favorite of mine since I was a child in France. I just can't seem to get enough of them!.
The pickles weren't quite as good as Bon Appetit had predicted. We find the aftertaste bitter, but our friends love them, so there you have it.
I'm lucky to have them in my kitchen because they're a delightful little pickle.
