Questions & Answers

What exactly do you intend to do with this?

oatmeal for breakfast- br>1/2 cup instant oats and water, 1 tsp chia seeds and flax seed meal, 4 tsp PB fit (sugar-free option), 1/2 Atkins vanilla meal replacement shake (NOT the protein plus). br>445 calories per serving, 31 net carbs 2, 32 g protein, 17 g fat 6. cellulose 16. ALLOTMENT OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS br>A half-banana can also be added: Cut up frozen bananas work well because they break up more easily while stirring the oatmeal. br>A heaping teaspoon of cocoa powder can also be added (though I find that the cocoa needs to be sweetened as well).

Is the serving size for regular peanut butter the same as for regular peanut butter? Is 1 tablespoon powder equivalent to 1 tablespoon regular peanut butter?

I used to make shakes with PB2, and it worked well when mixed with water to make peanut butter. However, the coconut flavor in this PB Fit as peanut butter was not to my liking. The family didn't know either. As a result, I only make shakes with it. To achieve the desired consistency, simply add water. Yes, it's comparable, but the flavor isn't quite as strong as regular peanut butter. Because of the coconut sugar, it's also a little sweeter. To achieve the classic PB flavor, regular peanut butter includes additional oil, salt, and sugar.

Is there anyone who could provide me with a nutrition label that I can read? I'm having trouble making the ones on the internet large enough to read. Carbs, fiber, and sugar are all things that I require. ?

Carbs: Fiber: 5G Sugar: 2 g Calories: 1 g w/o added sugars, 1 g w/o added sugars, 1 g w/o 60 calories per serving of 2 tbsp

How long do the pb2 and/or pbfit powders have a shelf life?

It takes 18 months for our PBfit powder to go bad.

I was happily surprised! Yum! Sugar alcohols are not sugar (so this is a sugar-free product)
5/5

free). I'd been putting off trying powdered peanut butter because I'd heard it tasted awful and wasn't worth the effort. However, I had recently heard good things about PB2, and when I went online to look for it, I discovered PBfit as a less expensive and well-known alternative. I chose the sugar-free option as an alternative. I'm trying to cut back on added sugars, so I'm making a sugar-free version. br>br>I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor! I can't compare it to PB2 or the original version of PBfit, but I thought the flavor and texture were excellent, and I didn't miss traditional peanut butter all that much. I didn't detect the "coconut flavor" mentioned by some, but I think I detected a hint of the "burnt/dark" flavor mentioned in another review. That very slight flavor does not bother me in the least. putting. To me, it feels almost roasted. If that bothers you, you might want to try the original PBfit. br>br>I prefer to use almond milk instead of water because it adds a little more substance. My preferred method is to add a little more liquid to achieve a slightly thinner consistency that is ideal for dipping or using as a sauce. br>br>It's also worth noting that this is a sugar-free recipe. free. Or, to put it another way, there is no added sugar. It isn't a case of misrepresentation. Sugar substitutes add a teeny-tiny amount of sweetness - a monk's fruit, to be precise erythriol / erythromycin / erythromycin / This is referred to as "sugar alcohols," which are sugar alcohols that the body does not process. I'd prefer it if there were no sweeteners at all, but that's not possible. However, it is not deceptive advertising.

Spread with peanut butter and chocolate! update
5/5

It was my first time using the product, so there was a learning curve. I used too cold water in the first batch, and the mixture refused to dissolve. I decided to give it another shot, and because I was taking it with me in my car, the water was lukewarm, which helped the mixture blend better. It's also disappointing because the chocolate flavor isn't very strong. I solved the problem by adding half a teaspoon of cocoa powder. This is why I gave it four stars: it's chocolaty. I'm going to put it to good use right now. It served as a spread for me. Update - I didn't need to add any more choclate as I went deeper into the container; I guess I should have shaken the jar first.

It's a great peanut butter substitute
5/5

It's difficult to find good sources of protein that are low in fat and carbs as a vegan trying to gain muscle. Even though it doesn't have as much protein as the other options, it can still help you get more protein in your daily meals. This, along with coconut aminos, chili garlic paste, and teriyaki sauce, is my favorite way to make peanut sauce. In the morning, I like to mix it into my oats. I still use regular peanut butter in my bagel or English muffins, but this is a great substitute for it in the kitchen. I completely agree that fats are essential for women and that they should not be avoided, but they should be consumed in moderation. This helps me keep my fat consumption in check because I also eat avocados, nuts, and other fat-containing foods. Because it contains sugar, it has a slight sweetness to it, which I don't mind. This was also the best peanut butter powder in terms of macros compared to the other options on Amazon, and it isn't overpriced for what it provides.

A perfect 14/10 substitute for peanut butter! It's both versatile and delicious! Let's start with this: IT'S EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTRE br>I've been trying to eat healthier lately and have been eating oatmeal and making smoothies almost every day and needed that extra boost, but I didn't want to add your run-of-the-mill peanut butter, which isn't always the healthiest, so I did some research and ordered this based on reviews and recommendations! br>I was a little hesitant at first to go sugar-free, but I wanted to be as healthy as possible
5/5

I have not been let down. br>This is fantastic! This is a perfect peanut butter flavor that tastes just like the real thing. It's as good as, if not better than, my regular pb. The flavor is very strong. br>The best thing about this product is how versatile it is! Simply add water and you'll have your own peanut butter to spread (which, yes, is very easy to do!). ), dipping, or simply mixing the powder into your favorite smoothie or breakfast oatmeal! br>This is one of my favorite Amazon purchases so far. This is something I would highly recommend, and I am looking forward to trying more of their products!.

Since, well, peanut butter, this is the greatest thing! I'm a huge peanut butter fan who uses it in everything from oatmeal to protein shakes to cookies, brownies, and ice cream
5/5

I was overjoyed when I discovered this brand after trying several others that were good but didn't quite hit the mark. I'm a Crossfitter, and while I don't track macros or calories, I try to be aware of areas where I can reduce my fat and calorie intake. PB Fit responded in a big way to this. This is something I use on a regular basis and it's delicious. It's great in my oatmeal and in my protein shake after a workout. (For a truly decadent treat, combine it with a chocolate protein shake. ) This is one of those things about which I can't say enough good things. Now is the time to purchase.
