Questions & Answers
Yes, there are two of them. For a total of 32 oz, there are 16 oz bags.
One issue I have with the labeling is that it is not consistent. It says 2 tbsp (12 g) per serving, but 2 tbsp is 30 g. So, if the nutritional value listed is based on 12 grams of powder and we use 2 TBSP, we are actually consuming 2. 5x the calories, carbs, fat, and protein As a fitness competitor, I keep meticulous track of my macros and must know EXACTLY how much I'm getting per serving. br> I'm fed up with packaging labels that are incorrect. This occurs frequently, so be aware as a consumer. Take a close look.
The unopened bag feels like a brick, but when you open it is fine. If it is still hard after is opened I would return it, it means that it has absorbed moisture and is I really like this peanut butter and it's the only one I eat. I eat a lot of it because it's a good source of protein for me as a vegetarian. Best of luck:
yeeessss! There are two 16-ounce jars in total, bro bro, woooo!

This is the best calorie-for-calorie deal you'll find with any type of peanut butter. The following is a list of pros and cons. When compared to regular peanut butter and other defatted powdered peanut butter brands, it has a few drawbacks. At the bottom of the page, you'll find a list of ingredients. PROS: br>br> br>1) Let's get right to the point about why the vast majority of us are buying this. The calorie count. For a peanut-based product, this is a ridiculously low price. Everything is better with butter. For two tablespoons of regular peanut butter, you'd be looking at 200 calories. PB2's peanut-based protein in the same amount It only has 45 calories of buttery goodness. The calorie count of PB2 is not only lower than that of regular peanut butter, but also lower than that of competing defatted brands I've tested. 2) It is delicious. br>br> A low- It's not worth it to eat a low-calorie substitute that tastes bad, but PB2 tastes exactly like the real thing. I mostly use it in smoothies, but when I get a craving for regular peanut butter, I mix the powder with a little water and make a low-fat version. calorie and close proximity the- real- a substitute for peanut butter It tastes better to me than the defatted products I've tried in the past. br>br>3) It will pass through TSA if you travel. Due to the high liquid content of regular peanut butter, it is frequently confiscated. I recommend putting it in the open bin on the conveyor belt so TSA can see what it is right away, because when I left it in my carry-on bag, TSA couldn't tell what it was. on the bag as it passed through the x-ray machine They yanked the bag from the shelf to inspect the powdery contents. However, they eventually agreed to it. CONS: br>br> br>1) The second most important component is sugar. You can get sugar-free peanut butter (just peanuts) or peanut butter with salt (depending on your preference) in regular peanut butter. ) HOWEVER, I have yet to find a sugar-free competitor brand of defatted, powdered peanut butter. As a result, the PB2 does not lag behind defatted products of comparable quality. br>br>2) Crunchy peanut butter is one of my favorite foods. Unless you add your own chopped-up vegetables, this will lack crunch. No other comparable defatted product can match the benefits of peanuts, and no other comparable defatted product can match the benefits of peanuts. When compared to regular crunchy peanut butter, however, you do lose some of that. br>br>I still have regular crunchy peanut butter on hand for those times when nothing else will suffice. But, for the most part, I use PB2 to cut calories while still getting a satisfying peanut-butter flavor. Fix the butter. PB2 was introduced to me by the Weight Watchers community. 2 TBS regular peanut butter equals 6 points; PB2 equals 1. It sounded too good to be true, so I dismissed it. I received the item yesterday, and after mixing 2 parts peanut butter with 2 parts water, it had the consistency of regular peanut butter. I summoned my adolescent son to the kitchen and told him to "go first," despite my reservations and skepticism that I required a taste tester. It tasted like peanut butter without the guilt, and the expiration date was 2020, unlike other reviews I read. Overall, I was very pleased with the product and will order again.
Pb is one of my favorite things in the world. Not in the least. It's similar to how I feel when I'm on it. I have to eat whatever is in the jar if it is in the house. My thighs, on the other hand, are screaming at me to "Stop the madness!" " As a result, I make an exception and recommend that you take a look at this! In 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, there are only 50 calories. Not in the neighborhood of 200 calories! It has a distinct flavor. It has a roasted peanut butter flavor to it. The only thing you need to overcome is the "mouth feel" issue. It doesn't make your mouth feel like it's covered in grease. It does not bother me in the least. I don't need the fat in my pb to enjoy it. I'm looking for flavor, and this stuff delivers. Oh, and don't forget to include it in your recipes! To give my instant pudding (any flavor) a new flavor, I mix a couple tablespoons in with it, or I add it to my hot cocoa. Now I understand the flavor, but I'm not trying to melt a wad of peanut butter into my cup. While backpacking, I used it to make fake pad thai by mixing it with oriental-flavored ramen. It's on my cereal, granola, yogurt, and ice cream, among other things. And there's no guilt, and there's no stomach ache from eating too much peanut butter! br>You can have pb in a matter of seconds. I pour it into a small bowl and gradually add water until the desired consistency is achieved. I'm able to see it with my eyes now. But only when I need real peanut butter, such as for a sandwich. I usually mix it in with any liquidy substance and voila! Yes, the powder can be mixed into the jam right away. Work with it, you'll love it, especially if you use freezer jam, which appears to be more moist.
I use it in shakes to give them a lighter peanut butter flavor without the added oil. The flavor is decent, but it's not exceptional. for- It's a one-for-one replacement for jarred peanut butter, but it's worth it if you're trying to eat healthy. Because I don't use it as a peanut butter substitute for sandwiches and the like, I couldn't finish the two-pound jar. Before the expiration date, pack your groceries. I used it after the expiration date for a while, but it quickly became rancid, so if you only use it once in a while, I recommend buying smaller quantities.
I've been buying this for years because the 2 pack saves me so much money, and my fiancé and I can't get enough of it because we both love it so much. Local supermarkets are charging $10 for a single package that is less than half the size of one of these! So this checks every box for me, I can put it in shakes, make actual peanut butter out of it for celery, apples, yogurt, and I've even made gluten free low fat low sugar peanut butter cookies with it, it tastes great so I don't miss real peanut butter when I'm eating it, the price is reasonable compared to others, and the shelf life is longer than regular peanut butter (though we haven't had it last very long since we both use it every day) this is on my l.
I was initially hesitant, fearful that it would taste bland, but my fears were unfounded. You make a delicious spread by mixing 2 parts powder to 1 part water in peanut butter. Use it to make sandwiches, eat with a spoon, or spread on crackers. I was eating peanut butter, which had 190 calories, 140 of which were fat calories. Only 50 calories and 10 grams of fat are in this product. This is a product that I will most likely purchase again in the future.
