Yes, sadly. It was. I thought it was outrageously priced, but I couldn't find it in any of the stores. This, in my opinion, was price gouging.
Hello and good morning! Yes, in response to your query - The full list of ingredients is as follows: There you have it, word for word: made from roasted peanuts and sugar, with no more than 2% molasses, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils (rapeseed and soybean), mono and diglycerides, and salt. 0451 on the 16th of December, 2014
I used to be a lad - it was a long, long time ago - It was scraping a brick to get some for a P B and J, so we kept it in the fridge. Refrigeration isn't all it's cracked up to be, as I've discovered many decades later. It'll be fine if you just put your Jif in the cupboard; there's no need to thank me for these words of wisdom.
It's supposed to be a two-pack of 48oz jars, not a single 48oz jar. 2 JARS IN TOTAL. If you only get one, make a complaint! The UPC on the product is for the two pack; if you only get one, make a complaint! Remove any sellers who are attempting to defraud you from the listing.

I really like this product, but the lid on the jar popped off when it arrived, and there's nothing I can do but throw it away at this point. It's "not eligible for return," according to Amazon, and I don't want to use it after it sat in the box for two days without a lid. I bought it because it was so much cheaper than what you'd find in the grocery store, but it's not worth it if it'll arrive damaged and there's no way to get a refund from Amazon.
The texture is smooth and creamy. Pretzels, cookies, celery, or just making lunch sandwiches for the kids are all good candidates for dipping. It's delicious on toast, crackers, and just about anything else. Despite the fact that we use a lot of peanut butter in our house over time, the 40oz jar is huge and will last us a long time. Great consistency, flavor, and shelf life. Probably not very healthy due to the added sugar, but a good substitute for other "snacks. This was my first Prime Pantry order, and I'm a peanut butter fanatic who prefers Jiff. My Jiff was full of dead bugs. It's eaten right out of the jar for me. I took a teaspoon of it and ate it. I had a strange sensation in my mouth; I spit it out and discovered a corpse of a dead bug. Uggg. I tossed the jar in the trash.
No matter how hard you try to stir them up, they all look the same: 2 inches of oil on top and 2 inches of cement on the bottom. Furthermore, the flavor is abysmal, and the consistency ruins the majority of recipes. I decided to revisit an old favorite, as I had forgotten how good it was. From now on, I'll be using Jif exclusively.
Peanut butter from Jif is our favorite. Smooth appeals to my children, while crunchy appeals to me. Jif has been difficult to come by due to the coronavirus outbreak. Jif Creamy Peanut Butter is smooth and tasty, and it was nice to find both smooth and crunchy options on Amazon for a reasonable price. The jar I got has a nearly 2-year expiration date. Despite the fact that I am not a Pantry member, I received free shipping on a $35 Pantry order.
This product is hazardous because it contains hydrogenated oils, which can have a variety of negative effects on your circulatory system. We already have the highest rate of coronary artery disease in the world, and this product exacerbates the problem. Now that Bezos is refusing to allow a return, Jeff and I may have to divorce over this. br>br>Jeff, you must not allow your vendors to sell potentially dangerous products,br>br>Henrybr>br>Henrybr>br>Henrybr>br>Henrybr>br>Henrybr>br>Henrybr>br>Henrybr>br>Henrybr>br>.
Although I grew up with Skippy and some cheaper, grittier varieties, Jif is the only peanut butter we buy. It's made even better by the convenience of ordering from Prime Pantry. It's one of those products that you don't realize you're running low on until you're spinning the knife in circles trying to get enough to finish your PB. We only go to town once a week, and I always forget my shopping list; now I just tell Alexa to add Jif to my shopping list, and when I get to my computer, I place an order, and it arrives at my door in a few days. I have one Echo and three Dots, which allows me to place orders from anywhere in the house or garage.
It doesn't matter to me if it's creamy or crunchy. Jif is something I can't seem to get enough of. I eat a lot of peanut butter; it's probably my favorite food on the planet, and I believe it should be classified as a food group. I know this isn't as healthy as "natural" peanut butter, but it's so much easier to eat that I'm willing to make an exception, and I love the taste of Jif and how smooth and creamy it is!.
