1887 Inquire with the manufacturer if you don't believe me. Don't bother asking these stupid questions to customers; how would anyone other than the manufacturer know if it wasn't for a code stamped on the can? Here's a hint: these guys doubled their prices and wentuged a lot of people during the pandemic, so I'm guessing most of the old stuff was sold to people trying to get through it. While I enjoy most of their products, I was dismayed by their price gouging of pandemic victims, and they weren't alone.
It's been a year, according to what I've been told. If you want to extend the life of a portion of it after it has been opened, divide it into "sealable" portions. Place an oxygen absorber packet in each of the "meal" bags. This should keep the rest of the food fresh for a long time. br>It's for this reason that I'd like to see it in Mylar bags.
These cans have never been used before. I've had a few that have been dented in transit. I contact Amazon, and they arrange for a pickup, and as soon as they receive them, they immediately ship me a replacement. I hope this has been of assistance. Today is a wonderful day!
It says so, but it's only good for five years once it's been opened. I've had a can for no more than three years, and it still tastes great.

If you add a little snow to it, it turns into a delicious peanut butter ice cream. Just be careful when picking your snow! I can't guarantee the quality of your snow because it depends on where you live.
It's pretty drab. Do not attempt to consume the entire tin in a single sitting. I became constipated because of it.
This isn't going to be an ultra-organic, sugar-free peanut butter. It's salty and sweet at the same time. However, dried PB can be used in a variety of ways without having to deal with the oils being mixed and remixed. True PB, especially the crunchy variety, has its place. However, mixing a little of this into your oatmeal, cookie dough, or simply pouring it over your morning banana with a little chocolate syrup is delicious. Because there are fewer oils in this version of BP, there are fewer calories. Keep it on the shelf with the rest of your cooking supplies. It also has you covered if you're looking for long-term storage options or large quantities.
It had not been harmed in any way. It's a big can that necessitates the use of a can opener to open. My can opener was not broken or even nearly broken as a result of it. I use a manual one that doesn't leave any sharp edges because I'm not very good with semi-automated ones. I was able to open the can despite my arthritic hands. Although the powder does not reach the top of the can, there is still a substantial amount of product, which is to be expected due to settling. Now comes the part that everyone is looking forward to: texture as well as flavor It tastes great to me, just like natural peanut butter. Roasted to a crisp. It's not overly sugary. I used to use Great Value, but even when it was brand new, it tasted rancid. This is not the case. I experimented with a few drops of water until I found the right consistency. I haven't tried their recipe yet, but I'll try to remember to update if it's runny, etc. I recommend starting with less water and gradually adding until the desired consistency is achieved, as we're all different. UPDATE: I tried the recipe, and it is indeed creamy and fluffy. Very well done! br>br>Overall, I'm very pleased with my order and would place another one. Because it's lower in calories and fat than regular peanut butter, I'm trying to lose weight, so this is a new part of my strategy. Oh, and the price for what you're getting is unbeatable! Go ahead and do it, in my opinion. I went ahead and did it, and I'm not sorry.
This is how I get by. I use it in my morning smoothies of "peanut, banana, cocoa, coconut milk, and oatmeal" and I adore it; it's like waking up to a healthy chocolate - pistachio butter Every morning, have a banana shake that will keep you full until lunchtime and will get you out the door in less than five minutes. I also keep a few extra cans in my 3-week "disaster prep" food supply because the product has a long shelf life and is of excellent quality.
I bought this to see if it would save me money over buying multiple jars of Jiffy every time I went to the store (I have a large family). This will not only save you money in the long run, but it will also improve the quality of your food. Seriously, my kids are enamored with this! Even my child, who is allergic to peanut butter, will devour this. br>br>ETA: Thanks to Augason for saving lunch time!br>br> Because of the water used to make the pb, baking with it is difficult. Reduce the amount of liquid in the recipe or use less pb.
It might be suitable for baking. I followed the recipe exactly, but the mixture was runny. I let it sit for a while to see if it would thicken, but it didn't, so I thickened it up with a little more powder. After that, I took a bite out of it. It had a peanutty flavor, but with an odd aftertaste, so I decided to put it to the test on my son, who adores peanut butter. I handed him a spoon that was smeared with some. He spit it out and made a scewed face before asking, "What was that?" " He didn't like it because it tasted strange, but that's okay. It was necessary for me to give it a shot. I'm going to give it a shot in a cookie recipe and see how it goes.
I really like their products. If you're processing or shipping cans, you'll become accustomed to damaged cans. Remember that undamaged cans are best for long-term storage because your food WILL spoil.
