This has been on my wish list for a long time. I love cardamom. This has a strong coconut flavor that comes through over the cardamom, which is fine. It has a very gritty texture, however. Despite being ground pretty fine, the coconut still has a little bit of grit so it adds a chewy texture to the dessert. My next purchase will not be this item.

Nut butter can be summed up in one word. It was delicious! In terms of taste, the coconut is most noticeable, and the cashews tend to overpower it. If it were available in a larger jar, I'd purchase it. know I won't be able to store this container at my house for very long. You don't need to chill it or stir it much. I think it is a worthwhile investment for me, despite its high price. Peanut butter is my favorite food, but I hate it. There is no better substitute for this. My stomach does not upset me with this nut butter however, most nuts do not agree with There is something about the coconut that makes it taste so good.
