My guilty pleasure is Artisana. I like the Pecan, Walnut, and Cashew Butters, with Pecan being my favorite; they are pricey for ten packs, but I prefer them because they help me control my portions. I love it drizzled over an apple or banana with cinnamon and ginger, YUMMY YUMMY to my TUMMY. I also like to add it to my pancake or waffle batter or my homemade protein bars. br>br>It's worth every penny to me, and no other nut butter compares to Artisana; when I see them on sale on Amazon, I stock up. br>Fortunately, I am the only one in my house who consumes Artisana. br>br>As for the Cashew in the Pecan and Walnut butter, I don't notice it; I only taste the pecans and walnuts.
It's 'crunchy,' but the 'crunchies' are small and smooth on the palate, despite the fact that it's not supposed to be smooth. Once you start tasting it, it's difficult to put the jar down. I've only put it on plain crackers and whole grain toast because I prefer a pure flavor! I'll buy 'fresh' in a Whole Foods if I see one, but this is so delicious that I won't be making any special trips to the store as long as Amazon will deliver it to my door! I keep it in the fridge because I want it to be as fresh as possible all of the time. The butter's ability to spread is unaffected by its storage temperature, and if spread on a cracker, it will quickly warm up to room temperature for the best flavor! I also ordered some of the company's other butters, but this was my first taste test, as well as a few snacks since then. This item, the service I received, the packaging, and the overall experience have all exceeded my expectations! It's wonderful. If possible, I'll try to upload a photo of my crackers topped with Walnut Butter to the Artisana / Amazon website to demonstrate its dark nutty texture and appearance. If you enjoy nut butters, give this one a try! I'm looking forward to trying the rest of the flavors! I'm completely smitten!.
Walnuts and cashews go well together in my opinion. It won't be as thick as store-bought peanut butter (stir it first to firm it up), but that's only a problem if you think it is. It's similar to peanut butter in that we use it in the same way: Served with bread, crackers, and apples. Walnuts aren't cheap, so I can't really knock one star off for that.
Whole Foods had a small bottle that we bought. We purchased a full-size bottle due to the excellent taste and quality. Despite the fact that the bottle size is small and the product is expensive, we purchased six bottles. I'm hoping that as more people use this wonderful product, the price will drop. There is no oil on the surface.
I'm not sure how it compares to other walnut butters. I'd like to buy it again, but it's quite expensive, so I'll see if I can find organic walnuts and make butter with them instead.
Walnut butter is a staple in my diet. Walnuts have been shown to reduce hunger and aid fat burning. They're also a healthy fat source. Although the oil separates when you first open it, it's simple to re-combine. It is highly recommended.

I summoned a newly paleo friend and told him: 'Here's a snack you can keep in your desk drawer and work with (no refrigeration required) so you always have something on hand. ' I think he went through EIGHT teaspoons before deciding to stop! He had to go out to the kitchen every time he needed a new one! I'm not sure where else this would go - There's no reason to put it on anything other than a spoon, in my opinion. If you like walnuts, you'll go crazy for this! (I just added three more jars to my collection!.
It has a grainy consistency and is extremely tasty. It's not necessary to keep it in the fridge. I haven't had to stir it yet, but if that changes after some use, I'll simply flip it over. When I come across a delicious food item that is also nutritious, such as this, I am overjoyed. The only drawback is the cost; I paid $14 for one on my own. yikes! to see if it was something I'd be interested in. Now I'll buy them in bulk, which is still pricey, but less so than buying them one at a time for $14. br>Next, I'm going to try pecan butter, which, according to accredited health sites, is also a healthy nut butter option.
