Soy lecithin is present in the product I received, however. Even though it's delicious and I'm sure we'll eat it, it's useless for my original purpose.

I should have done more research because I was looking for a less sugary, but still affordable, alternative to Nutella, and this one didn't fit the bill. When it arrived and I saw how small the jar was, I realized it wouldn't be enough for how often my kids like to eat "chocolate toast. "br>br>When I looked at the nutritional information, I realized it was a little better, but not by much. It contains only a few calories and sugar grams less than a serving of Nutella. I don't think it tastes quite as good as European Nutella, but I've been spoiled. For the additional cost, it's simply not worth it to me. Overall, it tastes good and the kids eat it. br>br> They're picky, to say the least. They refuse to eat Nutella from the United States or Aldi's hazelnut spread. br>br>So, if you're looking for a product that's a little healthier and doesn't contain palm oil, and you don't eat it as often as my kids do and can afford to spend a little more, it might be worth it for you.

And Soy- Free! Having an Italian mother-in-law-in-law-in-law-in-law-in-law Nutella was something I grew up eating as an American, but it lost its hazelnut flavor at some point. Then nutella began to add soy and fillers (even if you buy the European version, which still tastes better than the American version, it now contains soy as well). br>I was disappointed that, despite the fact that nutella wasn't quite as good or as I remembered it as a child, I couldn't enjoy it any longer due to the soy, filler, and lack of additives. After that, I started looking for a Soy-free option. Hazelnut spread is given away free of charge. I've discovered a few that aren't allergic to and are delicious, but The best of the best is Nocciolata! It has a nice, thick consistency to it. Unlike many other products, this is not a sloppy, oily mess. In comparison to the Nocciolata, even some of the better organic brands have far less consistency. Nocciolata has a distinct hazelnut flavor and aroma, which is perfectly balanced by a delicious creamy chocolate sweetness. It's not overly sweet, but it's just right, and there are only eight ingredients in it. There are no fillers in this chocolate; it is pure European chocolate. spread made of hazelnuts It was incredibly delicious. If you're not careful, you might eat the entire jar before realizing it's nearly empty!

Which brings me to my one and only "grief": br>The Octagon Sided Jar with the Skinny Octagon Sides! br>While it's made of glass (which is fantastic! ), it's also made of wood. ), the jar's shape traps all of that delicious hazelnut goodness in the corners, leaving far too much spread in the jar! This stuff is so good that I try to reach the remaining bits of spread stuck in the crevices by sticking my fingers inside the jar as far as I can (sadly only about half way due to the small opening)- It's such a waste to throw away even a smidgeon of this stuff; it's that good!.

While I adore this product because of its flavor and environmentally friendly ingredients (no palm oil or soy lechitin! ), I'm not a fan of the fact that it contains palm oil or soy lechitin. When I bought it in the middle of the year, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. The headline in May of this year, as fulfilled by Online Grocery Outlet, stated specifically "6- count"- I only got one jar in the end. In order to avoid misleading consumers, the lister has since changed the description. In terms of cost, br>br> Check to see if your local Whole Foods carries this spread; you can get it for about half the price. br>br>Again, I highly recommend this product, but I feel compelled to make the issue I had public so that others may be aware of it in the future.

This chocolate hazelnut spread is really tasty. It is thicker than Nutella and has a stronger hazelnut flavor than Nutella. It was a pleasant surprise when I ordered it because I was looking for organic ingredients. br>It would be better if there was no tacky residue left after removing the cap label. br>Because sugar is the first ingredient, it is preferable to learn how to make it from scratch. br>It's not quite creamy enough for me.
