When the jar is delivered, there's a good chance it'll break

I adore this product, but the jar has arrived broken for the THIRD time. And it's not just a small crack; the entire bottom half of the jar is cracked. Because there is glass in the spread, I am unable to use it! It's particularly aggravating because my children enjoy it. I'd be grateful if they could send me another one for free, because it's not fair to me to have to buy another one because the packaging was missing foam. If this continues, I will honestly not purchase any more because it is a waste of money. You must improve the packaging so that this does not happen to anyone else. Thank you for your time and consideration. br>.

So good, it reminds me of Nutella but without the additive taste. Because it's made with cookies, it's a little crunchy, and the chocolate is darker than Nutella. My kids enjoy it (as a treat every now and then) when we spread it on a slice of bread or mix it with greek yogurt.
