It was easy for me to open the ziplock that was at the top so I could access the powder, however, I have no idea if anything was added to the powder between the time it left their factory and when it arrived at my home. As the top part seems like it is designed to be torn off before you can open the zip lock to access the powder, it looks like they neglected to heat seal it?
