There's no sugar or additives, as far as I can tell. I put them in a container of my own. It was only the dried herbs that were the source of the problem.
There is no indication on the package that it is Kosher.
Fennel is always included in Herbs of Provence. If you have a food allergy, you're out of luck; however, the main flavors are lavender, basil, and rosemary.

I'm a huge fan of Herbs de Provence, and as a chef, I use it a lot. I used to be able to get it straight from France from a friend who traveled there and back, but she stopped going, and now I found it on Amazon, and I'm so excited. The bag is bigger than I expected, and it will last me a long time. The price was incredible, and I'm super happy.

I mean, who in their right mind would try herbs de provence? Thyme, basil, rosemary, tarragon, savory, and marjoram would come to mind as possible additions to or replacements for some of my favorite herbs. It's been an eye-opener in terms of standards. opener. I'm talking about tarragon, of course. I've always been curious about the purpose of this particular jar. Marjoram. Okay. I've made a few spaghettis and some tomato-based sauces. Now is the time to start making spicy chicken stews (and other dishes). Now I need to go back and try some of my old recipes just to remember how they tasted; all I can say is that I've been reawakened, and herbs de provence open up a whole new world of possibilities. This is fantastic.
This blend has a very fresh scent to it. The flavor was fantastic, and we didn't need to use nearly as much as usual to get the flavor we wanted. A fantastic product at a fantastic price!.
I expect the flavor to be good based on the scent, though I haven't tried it yet. It was only a couple of days ago that it arrived. For the price, I believe this is an excellent value, and it is packaged in the United States. I'm not sure if it's all grown in the United States, but I'm hoping it is. If the product is grown in the United States, it would be beneficial if the producer wrote "grown in the United States" on the package.
This is a fantastic blend that smells fantastic. It improves the flavor of vegetables and salads.
Chicken and pork both benefit from this seasoning.
