Our local grocery market had been selling thyme for years and I recently stopped buying it because the quality had declined. Sometimes I would receive thyme that was not as fresh as it could have been because the leaves were broken into smiters instead of whole ones. This Thyme is very fragrant, with whole leaves that stay intact throughout its lifetime. My attempts at experimenting with the herbs led to great success in various soups, roast chicken and turkey, and other dishes. We have plenty of fresh leaves, and there are eight bottles so we can prepare countless meals. Sharing 8 bottles is an option if you find 8 to be too much - you could always let family and friends taste it! At this price, organic thyme of this quality is a great deal. The majority of the time, this is a great option to consider if you need some thyme.
