Neither fresh lemon thyme nor dried lemon thyme were available. It was also impossible for me to find dried lemon thyme in any store, As described and as I expected, the product was just as I The product is highly recommended and I would consider reordering it in the future.
Some times I add Rosemary to it, while I've just tried this new spice recently, I agree! This spice has a citrus flavor that goes well on a variety of meats, chicken, and pork, and I have not yet tried it on steak, but I will. The lemon thyme combines well with it as well. The plants didn't grow well in pots when I lived in an apartment since I used to grow my own, but I now have an apartment.
I can't wait to work with this! Smells wonderful! It is called for in a recipe for a mango puree ham. I could not find it in Phoenix, so I faked it. The ham came out just fine now that it is the real thing. Looks like there won't be much of an improvement on a dish that is already delicious. Taking care of shipping directly through McFadden has always been very prompt.
As well, I am disappointed that the lemon scent does not come through. As of yet, I have not cooked with it but I am not getting my hopes up that it will be anything more than pure There could be a problem with the dry form, where it isn't as From now on, I will stick to the fresh plant.
Herbs like this are hard to find. fresh stuff in a pot for a while, so while I like this dried bottled version, I was a little disappointed, as the batch I got was not nearly as lemony scented as what I had before. The dried variety is the only place you can find it, so it's still worth picking up even if it's not quite perfect. So, if you are not able to obtain a live plant yourself, then this is another option to consider.
Lemon thyme dried from the garden is my favorite. A very high quality product. I will order more products from you in the future. I appreciate it.
It has a good seal, it has good aromatics, and it has a very long expiration date.
Definitely recommend! I am more than happy to do so. We are well over the charts with this product! My favorite part of it is that I can't be happier with it!.
