In my experience, the jars are all the same size, but the contents are listed in oz depending on the type of herb. The fragrance of thyme can be detected in a jar of thyme. There are 52 ounces in the jar of chives. It comes with a jar of cilantro and a 25 oz container. There are 35 ounces in each package.
That is something you will have to discuss with Amazon.
It is at all times in my refrigerator, as I find it superior to any powdered thyme I've used in the past. I would replace powdered thyme if need be. I expect it to have a more flavorful taste.
It is both fresh and freeze-dried herbs that I use. The fresh dried is close to being better, but for me, fresh is always better. It does not have a bitter taste.

Herbs and seasonings such as thyme are often grown with other herbs and vegetables. Those circumstances do not always line up with the proper season, nor are they always With this product, you know the color is true to the image, and you can tell it is fresh and very fresh when It only takes a whiff to tell what it's all about. I, for one, find this form of the herb to be more convenient, and it appears to be just as effective as fresh form. The concentrated form of this should be used sparingly in your dishes - A dried product.
Our local grocery stores carry limited herbs and spices, and the ones they do have are generally of lower quality. So, I purchased this on Amazon because the stores carry fewer herbs and spices. It is springy in texture and smells fresh, so I made chicken broth soon after it arrived and was pleasantly surprised by the results. It is more common for dried herbs in the grocery to be crumbly and brittle. the past, I have kept some thyme growing to have fresh on hand. This product allows me to do that without having to grow any additional plants.
This brand was a new discovery for me, but I loved it with Basil a few years back. There is always a fresh smell and taste to it. Anyone who likes spices but does not have a green thumb or cannot access fresh herbs will love this mix.
There is a pronounced difference between the flavor of soups and roasts when you add a little to them. It will never again be necessary for me to use ordinary spices.

Litehouse freeze dried herbs are the best I have ever tried. It had been nearly impossible to locate them, and then I checked Amazon and there they were! I have to spend a bit to get them here, but they are well worth it since Here's some delicious and fresh German herbs!.
The flavor is similar to that of Since I'm going to use this bottle for about a year, I keep it in the freezer to keep it fresh.
