I love how fresh they are! I go through one bag of beans about once every six months because I cook so much. After they have been in the bag for a while, they are still fresh. As a spice cupboard staple, I keep the spices in a half pint Mason jar, and store the rest in a rolled up plastic bag, taped shut. My experience with the company and product is very good. I would not be able to afford organic herbs and spices if I didn't purchase in.

There's nothing like fresh herbs, but Frontier is one of the best I've tried if you want to use dried herbs. In my experience, Frontier's herb flavors are more true to the original ingredients and to the taste than typical grocery store brands and even other bulk herbs I have purchased before. And the price is so reasonable. One problem, more my concern than the product, is that I have not been able to . It would have been nice for Amazon to offer 1/2 lb and 1/4 lb bags. As a home cook, I prepare a variety of dishes I do not use a lot of this at any given time or on a regular basis. The amount of herbs you get in one pound is huge- It is impossible for me to predict whether the flavors will remain true as long as it takes me to use it all.
