This mild aromatic has a complex flavor that is popular in Bearnaise sauce, vinaigrette, and French Provencal cuisine. In the United States, it is underappreciated and underutilized. Try swapping it out for some of the other herbs you're using.

This is, without a doubt, the best tarragon I've ever bought

First and foremost, I was not asked to do this review. I ordered this brand of tarragon because I was almost out of my Spice Hunter brand, and I wasn't sure what to expect at half the price, but it turned out to be a win-win situation. Fresher, greener, and with a much stronger flavor, it is by far the superior brand. One small piece made my tongue slightly numb where it touched, which I didn't get with my Spice Hunter brand; highly recommended, and I'll be switching to this from now on.

I'll always buy your product because it's so good! I adore tarragon; it adds so much flavor to so many dishes that it's no longer just for hollandaise! With onion and garlic powder, it's fantastic on cubed red potatoes

After that, a pinch of oregano and a drizzle of virgin olive oil are added. This is a fantastic side dish that comes together quickly and easily. Always opt for organic! GMOs are not allowed. Pesticides are not permitted!.
